CLEVERPROOF™ PU 110 AQUA is a one component, low viscosity, polyurethane dispersion based, UV resistant liquid waterproofing material, which is humidity cured to form an elastic and durable film layer.

When applied, there is no room for joint formation or the possibility of leakage.It forms a film layer in one piece that does not give off
Since it is a pure polyurethane, it can come into contact with water continuously
It maintains its mechanical properties between -40°C and +90°C
Even if the PU 110 AQUA is damaged in any way, the damaged partcan be easily repaired in a short time
Surface Preparation:
The surface to be treated shall be cleaned from adherence and adhesion weakening factors such as oil, grease, paraffin waste, cement grout, loose particles, mold release agents, cured old membranes. If necessary the surface shall be washed with high pressure water jet, and be thoroughly dried. Surface defects such as cracks, unevenness etc should be repaired with suitable products.
Priming :
The prepared surface should be primed with CLEVERPRIME™EPOXY PRIMER WB
Product Application :
Before using, the package should be opened and mixed with a low speed mixer for 2-3 minutes. The products should be applied @ 1.60 to 2.0 kg/m2 with a roller or brush until the entire surface is covered, at least in two layers. After the first coat is applied, the second coat should be applied in minimum 4 and maximum 24 hours. Apply polyurethane based liquid waterproofing membrane CLEVERPROOF™PU 110 AQUA @ 2.0 kg/m2 in two coats on primed surface after necessary surface preparation.
